Jane Moore has become the first celebrity eliminated from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2024, after a public vote sealed her fate.

During her short time on the ITV reality show, the Loose Women host raised concerns about the division of chores among the campmates, specifically criticizing McFly’s Danny Jones and former Irish boxing champion Barry McGuigan. Moore, 62, voiced her frustration, accusing the pair of being “sexist” and “ageist” after they assigned her the task of washing the dishes.

Moore explained that she had asked Jones not to give her the chore, but he misinterpreted her request, thinking she had volunteered for it instead. Despite the misunderstanding, she found solace in the support of her fellow campmates and admitted that she would be glad to be free of the washing-up duties.

Reflecting on her time in the jungle, Moore described it as both “weird” and “magical,” expressing admiration for her fellow contestants. "Everyone in camp was amazing. It’s such a bizarre and magical experience," she said.

After receiving the news of her exit from hosts Ant and Dec, Moore made a pointed remark about the nature of the competition, saying, "Hard work doesn’t get rewarded." She also shared her thoughts on the camp’s workload, stating she had "worked like a dog" and hinted that the efforts of some celebrities would become clearer as the competition progressed and more contestants were eliminated.

When questioned about who wasn’t contributing enough, Moore stayed tight-lipped but voiced her support for the quieter members of the group. She highlighted radio DJ Melvin Odoom and TV star Coleen Rooney as her top picks to take the crown.

In another exciting jungle challenge, former Strictly Come Dancing champion Oti Mabuse and Odoom found themselves facing a grueling Bushtucker Trial. The task saw them submerged in tanks teeming with mud crabs, eels, crocodiles, and water dragons, all while creepy-crawlies rained down on their heads. Despite the grim conditions, the pair emerged victorious, securing all 12 stars for their campmates' meals.
